How does it work?
Each week for an entire month, you’ll receive an email with a link to your weekly meal plan which includes everything you need: a meal plan matrix from Sunday to Saturday, a shopping list and recipes. Simply bring the shopping list to the store with you, and start cooking. Each week includes various gluten and dairy-free meals as well as ideas how to keep your health on track.
