Take an in-depth tour of your grocery store with a trained health professional.  Learn which foods are better choices than others, and why.  Begin to understand beyond the heath claims on the outside of a box, and more about what is actually in each food.  You will learn to be a label detective and make more informed decisions when you shop.

Can accommodate groups of up to 4 people.  Children welcome - it's never to young to start learning about health!

Each tour takes around an hour.  Cost is $75/hr.
