Want to achieve long, lean muscles and improve your posture

to top it all off? Core Conditioning with Aubrey to the rescue!  

Stay healthy this season and keep your bones strong. This class blends Yoga, Pilates and Floor‐Barre, while strengthening the mind and the body through poses and exercises. Designed to develop core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Stay for BARRE class afterwards for a fun and well‐rounded workout.

Ladies ‐ who wants to achieve a “dancer’s body” — strong, sleek, and streamlined? Learn from a pro! Aubrey's class features exercises done at a ballet BARRE (using a chair for support) combined with elements of ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. Classes are designed to sculpt, tone and leave you feeling invigorated with an emphasis on form and alignment, as well as a focus on breathing and the mind‐body connection. We will rely mainly upon bodyweight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance.   "No tutus required!"
