Want to achieve long, lean muscles and improve your posture

to top it all off? Core Conditioning with Aubrey to the rescue!  

Stay healthy this season and keep your bones strong. This class blends Yoga, Pilates and Floor‐Barre, while strengthening the mind and the body through poses and exercises. Designed to develop core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Stay for BARRE class afterwards for a fun and well‐rounded workout. 

What to wear: Workout attire that allows for full range of motion. Bare feet or socks are appropriate.

What to bring: A yoga mat, towel & water

Talk about anti-aging! Keep your body feeling young and supple with Aubrey's FitStretch class. This class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility & range of motion, as well as improve their balance. You will learn how to safely stretch your large and small muscle groups, while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.  Stand straighter, look leaner, and have faster muscle recovery from your workouts.  Stretching can also calm the mind, provide a mental break, and give your body a chance to recharge.

What to wear: Workout attire that allows for full range of motion. Bare feet or socks are appropriate.

What to bring: A yoga mat, towel & water
